“Platform” means the proprietary platform of VerbaFlo, an AI-driven real estate management solution, including any software, APIs or documentation and any updates, modifications or improvements thereto.

“User” means those who are designated users within the Platform or any other individual that the Customer interacts with using the Platform, including an account administrator, agents and other designated users.
“Website(s)” means the websites that We own and operate, including https://www.verbaflo.ai/.
“You” and “Your” means an identified or identifiable natural person whose Personal Data We process as a Controller.

e. Individuals who interact with Our social media accounts.

2.3. If You provide Us with any Personal Data relating to other individuals, You represent that You have the authority to do so, and where required, have obtained the necessary consent, and acknowledge that it may be used in accordance with this Policy. If You believe that Your Personal Data has been provided to Us improperly, please contact Us by using the information in Clause 12 below.
