Our Story

The name “VerbaFlo” is a combination of “Verba,” derived from the Latin word for “words,” and “Flo,” suggesting “flow.” Together, “VerbaFlo” implies a seamless flow of words or communication.The idea was born from experience. Sayantan Biswas saw the reality of residential real estate firsthand: endless inquiries, disconnected channels, and leads slipping through the cracks while teams did their best to keep up.

So VerbaFlo was built around how property teams actually work - from workflows and renewals to lease cycles and escalations. Today it powers 300K+ units across 10 countries, helping operators manage the complexity of residential real estate.
